Like every department at Fonco, our design team combines the best of traditional art, like illustration, mock-ups, and sculptures, with technology, like laser scanning, 3d printing and computer modeling, to help you realize your sets, props, costumes, environments, robots, creatures, and spaceships for any kind of projects, including motion pictures, commercials, new media and product development. Whatever world you can imagine, we can bring to reality.

This MORAV Schematic created by Fon Davis gave rise to the 6 foot MORAV robot used in the live action series.

Product Development

We laser scanned this sculpted skull for a Halloween themed product.

These educational videos were produced and distributed by Fon Davis, master miniature designer and creator.

This tabletop game was designed and tested by our in house team.

We desinged and sculpted these game pieces, then tested them for mass manufacturing.

We created the CAD designs and CNC lathing of these decorative bottles made from plastic.

Fonco created these creature design and prototyping game pieces for a very popular Capture the Gag game.

We were responsible for the 3D printing, molding, casting, assembly and painting of several hundred crew gifts for the film Enchanted.
